A mobile-first assessment platform that turns practice data into a more guided learning journey
We built a confidential exam-preparation and performance-tracking platform for learners, recruiters and administrators.
The product combines structured test preparation, custom quiz experiences, progress tracking, recruiter visibility, paid access and administrative content workflows.
The challenge
The product needed to go far beyond a standard LMS quiz page. Learners needed realistic practice modes, explanations, progress history and weak-area guidance, while recruiters needed controlled visibility into the people they support.
Administrators also needed an efficient way to manage large question banks and moderation status.

How the system works
Learners complete practice and assessments through custom interfaces built around the underlying LMS engine. Performance is stored over time so the platform can surface weak areas and guide future practice.
Recruiters only gain access after a learner approves the connection, creating a controlled relationship between performance tracking and recruiter support.
Architecture & technology
WordPress provides the broader application shell, LearnDash the learning and quiz foundation, WooCommerce/Stripe the commercial layer and custom development the learner, recruiter, reporting and import workflows.
The architecture was designed to support future adaptive learning, AI tutoring, expanded reporting and additional subject coverage.
